64-Lotto limited to 3 picks max due to over welming demand

I guess you all have realized that you don't really know what you are doing so that you investment is better spent in a random game of chance then on more crappy brackets. regardless, in the interest of spreading the love around, I maxed out the individual requests for lotto pulls to 3. So there.
You still will get those 3 in separate regions, because I'm a nice guy.
