Reminders: each grouped pick is from alternating "sides" and brackets, ensuring equal coverage. There is no "max" but the 64 spots are filled 'by person' first.* Therefore, no guarantees on total count until the night of the drawing. (the night of the drawing is Wednesday March 16th)
"By Person" Clarification. If there were 64 individual requests, then each person would only get 1 team regardless of how many they requested.
