If you rate the 1's as

KY
Duke
Nova
Wis

then by the snake system you should swap NC and Louisville, Utah and WV, and Wichita and MSU (assuming you want the perceived 'higher seed' at the same level later in the auction.

If you want to go by matchup, Gonzaga over AZ (Zags playing an 11), and Wichita over MSU (again, Notre Dame as a 'higher' 3 than OK)

Or just leave it exactly how it is.
