dudes, let's post memorably server and other antidotes here prior to them being forgotten to time.
I think Tom and I established a start date. Fall of '95 for the Indy based Tuesday crew. It was the Broadripple BW3's with it's original (new in 94) decor. No waitstaff, you went to the bar to get drinks - Julie, later patrick and [smaller blonde butler masters degree girl -TBD] and the food counter in the back to get wings. Our first spot was the long bench seating table towards the front. Chris and Becky George, Erin and Tom and ryan and myself were regulars. Barry and Dan moved in later. they didn't have an outdoor area. First remodel, the added outdoor area and painted things lighter. We moved to the tall tables by bathroom, still no wait service. during this time I think they started to bring us our food. "Cheese" and that goofy dude became regular servers. Then the big 3rd remodel - we went to gt south a couple times, and a hand full of other places. The 3rd remodel was when the side room was added, the bar flipped sides, better bath rooms and more corporate branding. Ruthie {another girl tbd} and Lindsey became our regular servers. Smoking ban brought us to Castleon. Matt was and is still the bartender. A black and white couple were our regular servers. KJ? KC? was her name, and he was {TBD}. Smoking later got banned there but it was the summer and the outdoors was open. Switched it up to Ale for close to a year before service got crappy. (switch was because of major remodel- I think) finally came back in 2014 - with Jimmy and Dez the memorably waitstaff. All right fellas, fill in the missing blanks. The Fights, the boycotts the extended hours. Guest roll? all is fair game. :-)
